We're back! This week in the Silmarillion, we learn about Ungoliant! She's big and nasty and eats light. But also some other stuff happens. Unrest in Valinor, the death of the Trees, and a swarm of darkness that covers the land...the Dark Lord is come at last, and never again will Melkor be fair or seductive. Probably. We definitely know he doesn't change his form from this one.
